Job Title: B-School Admission Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, student-focused Admission Counselor for our Business School who can guide, counsel and support aspirants for MBA/PGDM programs. The candidate must have good knowledge of MBA entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT and other management entrance tests along with B-School admission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students about MBA/PGDM programs and career opportunities

• Explain eligibility, specialization options, fee structures and placements

• Provide accurate information regarding CAT/MAT/XAT exams, preparation and admission criteria

• Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails and counseling sessions

• Support students throughout the admission process – registration to enrollment

• Maintain student database and conversion records

• Achieve admission targets within timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably MBA)

• Knowledge of CAT, MAT, XAT & other management entrance exams is mandatory

• Strong communication and counseling skills

• Good convincing ability and student-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge & documentation ability
