Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on skills & capability)

🧠 About the RoleWe are building an AI-assisted decision and automation system (Sudo Engine) focused on accounting, compliance, and data intelligence.

We are looking for a hands-on AI / LLM Developer who can work on:

• AI model integration
• Data structuring & labeling
• API-based AI workflows
• Practical AI implementation (not just theory)

This role is ideal for candidates who have worked on real AI projects, experiments, or practical automation systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI / LLM DevelopmentWork with LLMs (ChatGPT / OpenAI / open-source models)

• Design and optimize AI prompts & workflows
• Implement human-in-the-loop AI systems
• Control hallucination, output validation, and confidence checks

🔹 Data Structuring & TrainingPrepare, clean, and structure datasets

• Perform data labeling and classification
• Assist in training, fine-tuning, or RAG-based models
• Maintain dataset versions and documentation

🔹 Backend & API IntegrationDevelop APIs for AI model interaction

• Integrate AI services with backend systems (Python / Node.js)
• Manage request-response flows, token usage, and cost optimization

🔹 AI Logic & ValidationCombine rule-based logic with AI outputs

• Implement validation layers for business-critical decisions
• Log AI outputs for auditing and review

🎯 Mandatory Skills (Minimum Requirement)Python (mandatory)

• Basic understanding of AI / ML concepts
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLMs (ChatGPT / GPT APIs / open-source LLMs)
• AI projects (college / personal / internship)
• Knowledge of APIs & JSON data structures
• Basic database knowledge (MongoDB / SQL preferred)

⭐ Good to Have (Preferred)Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn

• Exposure to RAG, embeddings, vector databases
• Understanding of data pipelines
• Experience working with real datasets
• Awareness of AI ethics, privacy, and compliance
