Infosys – Job Description Position: Senior Associate/Associate Revenue Assurance Group Location: Indore only Department: Revenue Assurance Reports to: Head – Revenue Assurance Role Overview Support and drive the integrity of Infosys’ revenue streams by overseeing revenue recognition, billing accuracy. Partner with finance, delivery, sales, and operations teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/Ind AS) through controls, analytics, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure accurate revenue recognition, performing revenue forecasting and variance analysis. Review contracts and billing agreements, validating invoicing and revenue recognition across Order-to-Cash workflows. Generate and analyze reports on unbilled, unearned, and deferred revenue; ensure timely ramp-down of open items. Support internal stakeholders (delivery, sales operations, and finance) on revenue-related inquiries and escalations. Leverage automation, analytics, and audit mechanisms to strengthen revenue control frameworks. Assist with IFRS 15 / Ind As 115 implementation, internal controls, and order-to-cash process improvements. Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA). 0-2 years in finance or revenue assurance roles, ideally in IT services. Strong understanding of accounting standards including IFRS 15. Proficient in Order-to-Cash cycle, contract review, revenue recognition, and unbilled/unearned accounting. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and revenue tracking tools. Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, or similar. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across finance, delivery, and operational teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven with strong problem-solving and audit skills.
