AutoCAD Designer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to create accurate technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts and specifications into high-quality drawings that support project execution.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD
• Interpret engineering designs, sketches, and specifications
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
• Assist in preparing documentation for construction, manufacturing, or installation
• Perform site measurements and incorporate field data when required
• Required Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Drafting, Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Draftsman
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D is a plus)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and design standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D / Revit / SolidWorks / MicroStation
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards (construction, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
• Basic understanding of materials, manufacturing, or construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
