Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain client files, invoices, receipts, and compliance records.
  • Organize and update digital and physical records systematically.
  • Data Entry & Processing

  • Enter accounting and tax-related data into software (Tally, Excel, or firm-specific tools).
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
  • Administrative Support

  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, notices) with clients and government authorities.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support client communication.
  • Compliance Assistance

  • Support in filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Track deadlines for statutory filings and assist in preparing necessary documents.
  • Coordination

  • Liaise with front-office staff, accountants, and consultants to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Provide support during audits, client reviews, and tax assessments.
  • šŸ› ļø Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (Tally, Busy, QuickBooks).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • šŸŽ“ QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com preferred).
  • Prior experience in accounting/CA firm back-office operations is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and eagerness to learn may also apply.
