Job Description
We are seeking back office executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our arganization.
Key Responsibility
- Accurately enter and manage data in our systems, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records.
- Provide admisintrative support to the team.
- Prepare and analyse reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate having commerce backgound will be preferred.
- Candidate must be graduate with BBA, BCOM or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a backoffice or administrative role.
- Experience of working with MS Excel, MS office, Power Point etc.
