Core Re spons ibiliti e s Poli c y I s suanc e & Ba ckend Ope r a tions Oversee end-to-end policy issuance for Life, Health, and General Insurance products Ensure accurate documentation, proposal processing, and coordination with insurers Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for policy issuance and endorsements Ensure error-free processing to reduce rejections and customer dissatisfaction Claims & Service Coordination Act as the operational escalation point for claims assistance and service requests Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution Track claim status, pende
