Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management

• Maintain and update customer database and installation records
• Manage lead data, sales reports, and project status
• Ensure proper documentation of solar installation files

2. Documentation & File Processing

Prepare and process documents related to:

• Solar subsidy applications
• Net metering applications
• Loan documentation
• Customer agreements

Maintain proper digital and physical records

3. Coordination Work

• Coordinate with Sales Team, Installation Team, and Customers
• Follow up with Banks for solar loan approvals
• Coordinate with MPEB / DISCOM offices for net metering approvals

4. Field Support (Occasional)

• Visit Bank branches or electricity board offices for document submission and follow-ups when required
• Support in government subsidy application processes

5. Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain installation tracking and customer status reports
• Assist management in data analysis and performance tracking
