Job Description – Finance Back Office / Login Executive
Department: Finance
Position: Back Office / Login Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Loan files ka login karna (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Customer se documents collect & verify karna (KYC, income proof, bank statement)
System me data entry aur record maintain karna
Bank/NBFC ke login portal par case upload karna
Sales team aur bank ke saath coordination karna
File status ka regular follow-up aur update dena
Documentation me accuracy aur compliance ensure karna
Rejected / pending cases ka analysis & correction
MIS report aur daily work report banana
Required Skills:
Basic finance & loan process knowledge
Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM/Bank Portal)
Good communication & coordination skills
Attention to detail & time management
