Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical & digital).
  • Assist in data entry, maintaining Excel sheets, and preparing reports.
  • Manage courier, inward/outward mail, and document dispatch.

2. Coordination:

  • Coordinate between sales, installation, and service teams for smooth workflow.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and site visit appointments.
  • Provide basic support for HR activities like attendance tracking and leave records.

3. Customer Handling:

  • Welcome customers and visitors, offer refreshments, and ensure a clean reception area.
  • Share company brochures, explain basic company offerings when required.
  • Record customer queries and escalate to the concerned department.

4. Office Maintenance:

  • Ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Monitor stationery, pantry, and office supply inventory and raise purchase requests as needed.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.
  • Prepare daily/weekly activity reports for reporting manager.
  • Follow company policies, including attendance, dress code (SOLXCELL uniform), and safety practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Professional appearance and disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support multiple departments.
  • Qualification & Experience:Minimum: Graduate (B.A., B.Com, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration/assistant role preferred (freshers with good skills can apply).
  • Other Requirements:Punctual, polite, and customer-friendly.
  • Ready to wear company uniform during working hours.
  • Willing to learn about solar systems to handle basic queries confidently.
