Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical & digital).
- Assist in data entry, maintaining Excel sheets, and preparing reports.
- Manage courier, inward/outward mail, and document dispatch.
2. Coordination:
- Coordinate between sales, installation, and service teams for smooth workflow.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and site visit appointments.
- Provide basic support for HR activities like attendance tracking and leave records.
3. Customer Handling:
- Welcome customers and visitors, offer refreshments, and ensure a clean reception area.
- Share company brochures, explain basic company offerings when required.
- Record customer queries and escalate to the concerned department.
4. Office Maintenance:
- Ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
- Monitor stationery, pantry, and office supply inventory and raise purchase requests as needed.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.
- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports for reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, including attendance, dress code (SOLXCELL uniform), and safety practices.
- Skills & Competencies:Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Professional appearance and disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support multiple departments.
- Qualification & Experience:Minimum: Graduate (B.A., B.Com, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration/assistant role preferred (freshers with good skills can apply).
- Other Requirements:Punctual, polite, and customer-friendly.
- Ready to wear company uniform during working hours.
- Willing to learn about solar systems to handle basic queries confidently.
