Position Overview : Sidwin Tradex is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to manage internal operations, data handling, communication support, and coordination with clients and vendors. This role is crucial for smooth backend functioning of the organization.


  • Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage Excel sheets, MIS reports, and internal data
  • Handle client-related emails and professional written communication
  • Listen to employee calling recordings and assist in basic training coordination
  • Support employee onboarding, training documentation, and process tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
  • Maintain records related to clients, vendors, and internal operations
  • Assist management with daily operational support and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates of all backend data


Skills & Requirements


  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Basic understanding of email drafting and professional communication
  • Ability to listen, analyse, and report on calling conversations
  • Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented approach
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Hindi mandatory, basic English reading & writing required
  • Freshers with strong learning attitude OR
  • 6 months – 2 years experience in back office / operations preferred


Working Schedule


  • Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
  • One Saturday off per month (as per company policy)
