Job Description: Back Office Trainee (6-Month Contract)

Position: Back Office Trainee

Duration: 6 Months (Fixed Term Contract)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Location: Indore

Industry: Finance


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Trainee to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in back-office operations. Based on your performance, you may be considered for a permanent position after the contract period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Process and manage documentation, forms, and reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update databases, files, and records as per company requirements.
  • Support in generating reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Perform data entry and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve operational knowledge.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation completed (Commerce background preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional environment.
