Job Description:

Yakhni is a fast-growing cloud kitchen startup focused on authentic, flavour-rich Indian cuisine. We are looking for experienced chefs from Hyderabad, Goa, and Lucknow who are passionate about food and willing to relocate to Indore to be part of a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes as per Yakhni recipes
• Maintain taste consistency and food quality
• Handle daily kitchen operations in a cloud kitchen setup
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage raw materials and reduce food wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as a chef or cook
• Experience in Indian cuisine (Awadhi, Mughlai, Hyderabadi, or regional food preferred)
• Willingness to relocate to Indore
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
