Job Description
Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Blended Process (Chat + Voice) Swiggy Instamart
Job Description:
- Candidate must be minimum 12th pass (Undergraduate).
- Original mark sheet is mandatory at the time of joining.
- Freshers are eligible, provided:
- Aadhaar is seeded with a nationalized bank account.
- Candidate has not worked previously under NAPS.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (experience should be on paper).
- Candidate must have an excellent typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Candidate should have good communication skills (Skill level 4 and above).
- Shift duration: 9 hours per day.
- Working window: Morning 7:00 AM to Night 2:00 AM.
- Rotational shifts applicable for male candidates within the mentioned working window.
- Compensation:Freshers:
- Stipend of ₹13,850 (in-hand).
- Experienced candidates:
- ₹16,860 CTC with approximately ₹14,000 in-hand.
