Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Blended Process (Chat + Voice) Swiggy Instamart


Job Description:

  • Candidate must be minimum 12th pass (Undergraduate).
  • Original mark sheet is mandatory at the time of joining.
  • Freshers are eligible, provided:
  • Aadhaar is seeded with a nationalized bank account.
  • Candidate has not worked previously under NAPS.
  • Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (experience should be on paper).
  • Candidate must have an excellent typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills (Skill level 4 and above).
  • Shift duration: 9 hours per day.
  • Working window: Morning 7:00 AM to Night 2:00 AM.
  • Rotational shifts applicable for male candidates within the mentioned working window.
  • Compensation:Freshers:
  • Stipend of ₹13,850 (in-hand).
  • Experienced candidates:
  • ₹16,860 CTC with approximately ₹14,000 in-hand.
