Business Development Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals for the role of Business Development Associate.

 Location: Indore

 Shift: USA Shift

 Experience: 1–3 Years

 Salary Upto : ₹2.2 – ₹2.8 LPA

 Eligibility:

• Graduates (BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA, MBA, BA)

 Preferred Experience:

• Background in BPO / KPO / Sales / Telecalling / Reception roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

 Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand requirements
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Handle queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Good verbal and written communication
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
