Job Description
Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and close sales through calls and online communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads
- Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
