Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client communication, and closing retainer-based deals.

You will work closely with internal marketing and strategy teams to understand client needs and propose the right digital marketing solutions, while driving consistent revenue growth for the agency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
• Make sales calls and conduct Google Meet discussions to understand client requirements
• Pitch agency services and close retainer-based and project-based deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution
• Ensure regular follow-ups and clear communication throughout the sales cycle
• Track leads, deals, and client communication in a structured manner
• Contribute directly to revenue growth in a target-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Ability to understand digital marketing services and client business needs
• Customer-focused mindset with long-term relationship-building ability
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage
