๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify and onboard MSME clients through referrals and tele leads.
  • Build long-term relationships, ensuring trust and repeat business.
  • Detailed Sheet Preparation
  • Collect client financials, KYC, and business details.
  • Prepare structured, detailed sheets capturing revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and loan requirements.
  • Document Screening & Compliance
  • Verify and screen client documents (financial statements, GST returns, bank statements, property papers, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines before submission.
  • Loan Proposal Drafting
  • Prepare professional, lender-ready loan proposals highlighting client eligibility, repayment capacity, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with the credit team for proposal approvals and modifications.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursement.
  • Track pipeline and conversion ratios through CRM tools.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor MSME sector trends, competitor offerings, and government schemes.
  • Suggest product improvements based on client feedback.

  • Strong communication skill
  • Knowledge of MSME loan products, credit appraisal, and compliance norms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools for sheet preparation and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset for document screening and financial evaluation.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in MSME loan sales, NBFCs, or banking preferred.
