Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our solar energy company. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and basic knowledge or interest in renewable energy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce solar products and services.
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy systems and answer customer queries.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule site visits or meetings for solar consultants.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to solar installations, pricing, and services.
  • Provide basic information about government subsidies and solar schemes (if applicable).

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or graduate in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling , telesales, or customer support (experience in solar/renewable energy is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and handle objections professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, or call management systems).
  • Fluency in Hindi / English .
