  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2C and B2B clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
  • Handle tele-sales inquiries and follow up with potential leads
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to close deals
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team goals
