Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the IPR domain (Trademark, Copyright, Brand Protection). This role is ideal for someone who can build relationships, close deals, and contribute to business expansion.


Key Responsibilities• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and digital channels

• Pitch and explain IPR services to potential clients

• Convert leads into clients through effective follow-ups

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with legal and operations team for onboarding

• Maintain CRM, track pipeline, and ensure timely updates

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements• Graduate / Undergraduate (BBA, B.Com, Marketing preferred)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools


Skills & Qualifications-


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Science, Engineering, or Law.
  • Fresher / 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (IPR/legal/education/consulting sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical/legal services in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn networking, and basic CRM tools.


Preferred Background


  • Prior exposure to academic outreach, research commercialization, or consultancy services.
  • Understanding of innovation ecosystem, startups, and university rankings.
  • Interest in intellectual property and willingness to learn IPR basics.
