The Wedded Bliss is a premium wedding photography and cinematography brand, delivering luxury experiences to high-end clients. We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong sales expertise and excellent communication skills to help us convert inquiries into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming client inquiries and act as the first point of communication

2. Build trust and connection with clients by understanding their wedding story and requirements

3. Present our services and packages confidently in fluent English

4. Follow up with leads consistently and convert them into confirmed bookings

5. Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally

6. Maintain client records and prepare sales progress reports

Key Performance Indicators

1. Lead to client conversion ratio

2. Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement

3. Number of follow-ups completed on time

4. Client satisfaction and positive feedback

5. Repeat and referral business generated

Requirements

1. Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)

2. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

3. Prior experience in sales or business development (wedding, events, or hospitality industry preferred)

4. Confidence to handle luxury or premium clients

5. Ability to achieve sales targets under deadlines

6. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools
