Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in the Share Market. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and SEBI regulations. You will be responsible for managing a team of executives, driving performance, and ensuring the delivery of quality services to clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of share market executives and ensure daily operational efficiency
• Monitor team performance and provide training and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve trading volume and revenue targets
• Guide clients and team members on market trends, investment strategies, and trading procedures
• Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively and promptly
• Ensure compliance with all SEBI, NSE, and BSE guidelines and internal policies
• Generate and analyze reports on team performance and market activity
• Requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) in stock broking, equity research, or trading
• Strong knowledge of share market operations, trading platforms (NSE/BSE terminals), and investment products
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in NISM (Module V-A or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
