• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B & B2C clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions
• Handle tele-sales inquiries and follow-ups with potential clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
• 🎓 QualificationsGraduate in any discipline
• Experience in sales/business development preferred
• 🌟 Preferred SkillsExperience in B2C Sales, B2B Sales, and Tele Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of solar products (preferred, not mandatory)
