Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our research advisory services, generating leads, and converting them into clients. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting the advisory team with client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone and explain company services

Generate leads and convert them into clients

Maintain client database and follow up with prospects and existing clients regularly

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support the advisory team in client coordination

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Update CRM system and maintain accurate records

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of stock market and financial services (preferred)

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

Strong interpersonal and client handling skills
