Job Description
Primary ObjectiveTo generate revenue by acquiring new advertisers, managing client relationships, and selling Media Octus’ OOH, transit, and integrated advertising solutions across India.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead GenerationIdentify and target potential advertisers (FMCG, Auto, Real Estate, Education, BFSI, E-commerce, Government).
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and agency tie-ups.
- Approach brand managers, marketing heads, media planners, and procurement teams.
2. Sales Pitching & Proposal PresentationPresent Media Octus’ advertising inventory (Hoardings, Unipoles, Transit Media, Airport Media, Digital OOH).
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable media plans.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and tentative media plans with pricing.
3. Deal Closure & NegotiationNegotiate rates, locations, campaign duration, and value additions.
- Close deals in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.
- Coordinate with finance for approvals, POs, and agreements.
4. Campaign Coordination & Execution SupportCoordinate with operations, planning, and vendor teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely artwork receipt, printing, mounting, and campaign launch.
- Act as the single point of contact for the client during the campaign lifecycle.
5. Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with existing clients and agencies.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and reporting.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional media formats or cities.
6. Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack competitor activity, market rates, and new advertising trends.
- Share market insights and client feedback with management.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and daily/weekly sales reports.
7. Revenue & Target ManagementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with accounts.
- Minimize outstanding receivables and follow credit policies.

- Understanding of OOH / Outdoor Advertising
- Client handling & relationship management
