Job Description: Business Development Executive (Telesales)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and supporting business growth through telecalling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services
• Generate and qualify leads through telesales activities
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth order processing
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales or business development
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in IT products, computers, CCTV, networking, or office automation (added advantage)
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
