Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional solar rooftop segments.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solar solutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers, contractors, and referral partners.
- Educate clients about government subsidies, net metering, and environmental benefits of solar.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data in CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
