The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive growth for our virtual branding agency. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and pitch our creative storytelling and branding solutions to businesses looking to level up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Gen: Proactively find and reach out to startups and SMEs via LinkedIn, email, and networking.
• Pitching: Conduct meetings and present Innoverse Media’s portfolio to prospective clients.
• Closing: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
• Collaboration: Work with our creative team to ensure client goals align with our strategies.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

What You Need

• Experience: 1–3 years in agency sales or digital marketing BDE roles.
• Communication: Sharp English and Hindi skills ability to "sell" a creative vision.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable in a virtual/hybrid setup.
• Tech Savvy: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic presentation software (Canva/PPT).
