Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

*Working Hours:* 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

*Working Days:* 5.5 Days a Week ( Sunday Fixed Off )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who is eager to kickstart or grow their career in Business Development. The ideal candidate should have the enthusiasm to learn, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth through effective client engagement and sales support.

*Key Responsibilities:* *Client Engagement:* 

* Conduct initial consultations and presentations to introduce the company’s products or services.

* Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

*Sales Support:*

* Support the sales team in preparing proposals and client presentations.

* Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.

* Provide market feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

*Requirements:*

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

* Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes (preferred).
