About Home Escape:

Home Escape is a homestay chain where we provide value-packed stays at affordable prices, as well as luxury stays. Our mission is to offer exceptional accommodations that cater to diverse traveler needs while maximizing the potential of properties.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisition of Home Stays:

  • Proactively reach out to homestay owners and close deals on a revenue-sharing or percentage model.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, explaining the benefits of partnering with Home Escape.
  1. Broker and Homeowner Collaboration:

  • Identify and connect with brokers and homeowners to source properties for monthly rentals.
  • Negotiate terms to onboard suitable properties under the Home Escape brand.
  1. Property Onboarding & Setup:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring they meet Home Escape’s quality and design standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and contractors to set up properties for optimal guest experiences.
  1. Expansion to New Cities:

  • Travel to various cities to identify potential homestays and rental opportunities.
  • Establish a local network of brokers and homeowners in targeted cities.
  1. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify high-demand areas for homestays and rentals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance property offerings and pricing strategies.
  1. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report the performance of onboarded properties, ensuring consistent quality and high occupancy rates.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or property management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage.
