Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our messaging and marketing automation services to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
• Promote and sell company services including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Calls, and Marketing Automation
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable communication solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with the technical team for onboarding and client support
• Stay updated with industry trends in digital marketing and business messaging solutions
Required Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of sales and business development strategies
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or SaaS products is preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Ability to build strong client relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
