Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the "front of the company" and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and reach out to new prospects through cold calling.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new regions or sectors for expansion.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and negotiate complex contract terms.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
