Job Title: Demat Account Opening Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new demat accounts.
• Engage in chat processes to resolve client queries.
• Achieve sales targets through cold calling (30% of the time).
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Identify and approach potential clients to promote demat account services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and demat accounts (desirable).
