Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term partnerships while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through effective presentations and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
