Job Description
About the Role:We are looking for a highly experienced telesales professional who is confident in closing deals and collecting advance payments from clients over calls.
This is not a fresher or support role — we need someone who already knows how to convince, handle objections, and convert leads into paid customers.
- Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with warm leads (no cold calling)
- Understand client requirements (house planning / interior design)
- Explain services & pricing confidently
- Convert leads into paid clients (advance payment on call)
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Maintain strong follow-up until closure
- Update lead status in CRM
- Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 2+ years experience in B2C telesales
- Proven experience in closing deals & collecting advance payments online
- Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Excellent objection handling & negotiation ability
- Target-oriented mindset
- Experience in real estate / interior / service-based sales is a plus
