Job DescriptionPromote and sell IT services & software solutions

• Generate and qualify leads (B2B / B2C)
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp & Zoom
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations & follow-ups
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
• For Bidders: Handle online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru
• Maintain basic CRM updates and sales reports

Key Skills RequiredIT Services & Software Sales Knowledge

• Website, Mobile App, CRM, ERP, SaaS sales understanding
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Lead generation & client handling
• Proposal & requirement analysis
• Follow-up & deal closing skills
• Online bidding experience (for Bidder role)
• Basic CRM & reporting skills

Eligibility & RequirementsIT / Software / Digital Services background mandatory

• Freshers & Experienced both can apply
• Candidates from Software Companies / IT Sales preferred
• International & Domestic client experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn & grow in IT sales
