Post: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Type: Permanent on the rolls of AXIS BANK

2.⁠ ⁠Role & Responsibility

This position is permanent and on the rolls of AXIS BANK for the post of Business Development Executive (BDE). It is a field sales

job which involves travelling within the city/local area and has the following responsibilities:

To sell the Bank's products

o Savings Accounts

o Current Accounts

o Term Deposits

o Debit/Credit Cards

o IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Gold

Coins/Online Trading)

To acquire new to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships

To fulfill KYC norms

To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals

The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of AXIS BANK.

Presentablility

Good interpersonal skills

Proactive and Creative

Good command over English & local language

High Sales orientation for achieving numbers

Ability to work under pressure

4.⁠ ⁠Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream, both Fresher's and Experienced candidates

Candidates having experience in BFSI sectors will be preferred

Candidates from service industries like Hotel, Pharma, IT etc. with flair for Sales can also apply

Candidate age should not be more than 26 years as on training start date

Candidate should be willing to do sales & collection

Candidates who own a 2-wheeler and smartphone will be preferred

5.⁠ ⁠Compensation & Benefits

On successful completion of 6 day's residential training program and 5-day's OJT, candidates will be absorbed by AXIS BANK at

an annual consolidated CTC of Rs. 1.50 L to 2.50L

Performance based Incentives:

One can earn a maximum incentive of up to Rs.7,20,000/- p.a. (Rs. 60,000/-p.m.)
