JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: Bricksoin Foods Private Limited

Location: Indore

Role Objective:To expand distribution network, increase primary & secondary sales, and strengthen market presence of Brewna Tea products.

  1. Key Responsibilities:Appoint new distributors and area distributors.
  2. Generate new retail and bulk clients (tea stalls, hotels, dhabas, supermarkets).
  3. Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).
  4. Conduct regular market visits and beat planning.
  5. Manage distributor relationship and ensure stock rotation.
  6. Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding control.
  7. Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  8. Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market activities.
  9. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing team.
  10. Submit daily sales report (DSR) and weekly performance report.
  • Key Skills Required:Strong negotiation and convincing ability
  • Knowledge of FMCG distribution system
  • Target-driven approach
  • Market analysis capability
  • Good communication skills
  • Qualification:Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in FMCG sales (Tea industry preferred)
  • Compensation Structure:Fixed Salary
  • Performance-based Incentives
  • Travel Allowance (as per company policy)
