About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities for our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring clients for services like GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Accounting, and Compliance Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through networking, digital platforms, and field activities.
• Promote firm services such as:
• GST Registration & Filing
• Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
• Company / LLP Registration
• ROC Compliance
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Audit & Financial Advisory
• Identify and approach startups, SMEs, business owners, and professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain lead database and provide regular sales reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good client relationship management ability
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Basic understanding of financial and compliance services

Qualification

• MBA in Marketing preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Marketing

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in lead generation (online/offline)
• Candidates with freelancing or independent client acquisition experience will be preferred
• Experience in financial services / CA firm / consulting industry is a plus
