Job Description

We are seeking a driven and target-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our global IT sales operations. The role involves international lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, and closing IT projects while working from our Indore office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other online platforms.
  • Identify and close business opportunities in global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.).
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, follow-ups, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
  • Conduct client meetings and client visits as required.
  • Coordinate with CSM and internal technical teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling.
  • Update, track, and manage leads using CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, follow-up schedules, and forecasting reports.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in International IT Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (Web, Mobile, Software, SaaS, Cloud, HRMS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with work-from-office setup.


Good to Have

  • Experience selling HRMS / SaaS / Enterprise IT products.
  • Existing international client network.
  • Exposure to global time zones and enterprise sales cycles.
