Job Description

Udeep Organic Private Limited is the parent company of the brand HAVINTHA. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate online leads and onboard distributors across India.

The role focuses on digital outreach, lead conversion, distributor relationship management, and channel expansion for Havintha’s natural hair and skincare products.


Key Responsibilities

Distributor Lead Generation (Online Focus)



Generate Pan-India distributor leads using:

  • Generate global distributors' leads
  • WhatsApp, Email outreach, business directories
  • Social media & digital platforms
  • Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, stockists, and retailers
  • Build and maintain a daily pipeline of qualified distributor leads
  • Distributor Onboarding & Conversion
  • Pitch Havintha’s brand, product range, margins, and growth potential
  • Explain distributor terms, MOQ, pricing, and territory
  • Convert leads into active distributors
  • Coordinate documentation, onboarding, and first order closure
  • Relationship & Channel Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors
  • Support distributors with product information, marketing inputs, and offers
  • Track distributor performance and repeat ordering
  • Market Expansion & Reporting
  • Expand Havintha’s distributor network across multiple states
  • Maintain CRM / lead tracker with daily activity reports
  • Share market feedback, competitor insights, and distributor expectations


Candidate Profile

  • Must Have
  • Experience in B2B sales/channel sales/distributor acquisition
  • Strong online lead generation & cold outreach skills
  • Experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Herbal / Personal Care (preferred)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skill
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
  • Good to Have
  • Existing distributor network
  • Experience working with D2C or FMCG brands
  • Knowledge of Pan-India distribution models



Experience & Qualification

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Channel Sales
  • Graduate or above (MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • Pan-India operations
