Apna is looking for a Business Development Manager (Field Sales – SMB) to drive on-ground acquisition, cold calling, and long-term client closures.

Requirements:

✅ Hustler & street-smart mindset

✅ Strong negotiation & lead generation skills (cold calling + physical knocking)

✅ Experience with Job Portals / Recruitment Platforms / HR-tech (must-have)

✅ Bike & valid Driving License mandatory

✅ Team player with strong people skills

✅ Ready for extensive travel
