Business Development & Sales Executive

Coimboss Engineers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our market presence in the construction and RMC plant industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for construction machinery spares and equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RMC plant, construction, and infrastructure sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, mechanical heads, and purchase managers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements.
• Present and promote Coimboss Engineers products and services to potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills
• Strong lead generation and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment / RMC plant spares
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Sales presentation and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales closures.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and CRM teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales strategy.
