Business Development and Sales Executive – Share Market / Capital Markets

Job Summary-;We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to expand our client base in the share market domain. The role involves acquiring new clients, promoting trading/investment products, and building long-term relationships with investors while achieving revenue targets.

*Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify*

• Onboard new clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and other market products
• Promote share market services such as trading accounts, advisory, or investment products
• Generate leads through calls, and digital platforms
• Explain market products, trading platforms, and investment strategies to clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
• Coordinate with research, operations, and support teams for client servicing
• Keep clients updated on market trends, offers, and new products
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company policies

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 0–5 years of experience in share market, stock broking, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, mutual funds, and trading concepts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with broking firms, advisory firms, or wealth management companies
