Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressively drive the sales numbers and source new business for Home Loans through DSAs and Open Market
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and other business partners.
• Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
•  Ensure timely disbursal of loans and provide excellent customer service, compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Skills & Competencies:.

• Graduate/PG in any field with minimum 4 years work experience in HL/LAP loan in BFSI industry.
• Strong ability to interact effectively with both customers and an extrovert attitude.
• Skilled in convincing potential customers and dealers to choose the company's financial products.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
• A basic understanding of loan/finance products is preferred.
• Highly motivated and results-driven candidates to source new business for Home loans through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) and open market
