Job Title : Category ManagerLocation: Indore | Work from OfficeEmployment Type: Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities:● Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or 10X).● Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance.● Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement.● Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers.● Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams.● Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance to execute daily operations/tasks.● Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise.● Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency.● Develop operational excellence to meet business goals. Job Requirements:● 2+ years of experience in Business Development● Extremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellent patient experience.● Excellent Leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.● Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.● Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.● Preferably done zero to one and have built categories Surgery Care Intro: MediBuddy Surgery Care is a fast-growing vertical of MediBuddy, India’s leading digital healthcare platform.
