Center Manager

Job Title: Centre Manager – Marmm CentreSalary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Job SummaryThe Marmm Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and drive overall centre performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and the ability to manage staff and customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
• Monitor centre performance and implement improvement strategies
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase centre growth
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and facility standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar managerial role

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good financial and budgeting knowledge
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in customer-focused environments
