Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance & leave management

• Draft HR policies, SOPs, offer letters and HR documentation

• Implement KPI & KRA-based performance management system

• Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

• Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit formalities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹7 – 8 LPA (Fixed / In-hand) – Negotiable based on candidate’s experience and suitability

• Probation Period: 2 Months

• Benefits: Travel Allowance + Annual Increment

• Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

• Experience in handling PF & ESIC filings, returns, and statutory compliance is preferred.
