Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Civil Work Supervision (Transmission Projects)Supervise all site-related civil works for transmission lines, foundations, and substations.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at project sites.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

• 2. Billing & DocumentationPrepare measurement sheets and RA (Running Account) bills as per executed work.
• Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Maintain proper records of site measurements, materials, and quantities.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for timely bill processing and certification.
• Support audit teams with necessary documentation and justifications.

• 3. Procurement & Material ManagementPrepare material requisitions as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and stores for timely material supply.
• Maintain records of received and utilized materials at site.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and ensure material quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and support logistics planning.

• 4. Coordination & ReportingLiaise between site engineers, design team, and higher authorities for technical and administrative approvals.
• Attend review meetings and update project status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  
• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Skills:
• Knowledge of transmission civil structures (tower foundations, control rooms, boundary walls, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in billing, BOQ preparation, and measurement verification
• Familiar with procurement and tendering processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic ERP systems
